Subscription Service and Cancellation

Unless you joined under an annual membership, this is a subscription program. You will billed every 30 days until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by sending an email to support@successuniversitycoop.com. Please put Cancel in the subject of the email or please call 800-997-2481 to cancel. You must cancel within 3 days of your next billing date to give us time to process your cancellation email.

Cancellation

While SuccessUniversityCoop.com will constantly monitor traffic to ensure that all members receive an equal distribution of the traffic that results from the promotion, we cannot make any guarantees that members will make sales or generate leads as a result of using this service. You may cancel your subscription at anytime, but you must understand and agree that all fees are completely non-refundable because these fees are used to pay for co-op ads in magazines, online ads, and sometimes other services we use to bring exposure to your website. You must agree and understand these terms of service before subscribing.

Refund Policy

Because we cannot guarantee results from the advertising or your marketing efforts from your participation in this program refunds will not be given. The only circumstance where refunds will be given will be in the instance where for whatever reason the participant did not receive an equal distribution of the traffic and then a proportional pro rate refund will be considered based on the percentage of traffic resulting compared to the other participating advertisers.

In cases where refunds are claimed, our counter will be use to determine the number of visitors in proportion to other members. Stats, data and other information from third party counters are not sufficient to establish a claim. These counting systems tend to yield an improper count. If we dispute your claim, you must provide us with RAW server logs from the site and time period in question - this is the only reliable method of counting a visitors.
